Untangling This Web
There isn't any way I can completely untangle the circumstances which brought this Arizona corporate photographer to a factory on the outskirts of Chihuahua, Mexico. A woman in the marketing department of a large international tool builder had been assigned to find a corporate industrial photographer to meet with her boss in Chihuahua for a photography shoot they were planning. Like many of my clients, this woman found me through the internet using specific keywords in her Google search. My photo company was listed on the first search page for Phoenix Photographer, we spoke, she arranged the flight and gave me the name of her boss who I'd be hooking up with. His name sounded familiar but was a common name nonetheless. As you might have guessed, the stranger I met with was a guy from my old high school. And, a cousin of the woman I married. I hadn't seen him in 20+ years. It truly was a surprise to us both. Life's twists are often remarkable. For this Arizona photographer, it's all about creating the picture. But sometimes what happens behind the camera between client and photographer just clicks! I love this business.

2008 is turning out to be something special. We've been busy with Arizona clients, new and old. But, our  international client base now has surpassed 50 percent of our work. With a weak dollar, anything in America looks incredibly cheap to our friends beyond our borders.
